General XCITE Product Information

Q. Is there any documentation?
A. The documentation is installed on your desktop PC and can be accessed via the START Menu.  Documentation is also available on-line.

Q. I find it difficult to enter the period/decimal character in amount fields
A. The decimal symbol can be entered by pressing the Asterix (*) key, the Hash (#) key negates the number. But there was a fault with XS products on Mobile 2003 and has been fixed. Please download and install the latest XS Runtime.

Q. I would like a QUIT option.
A. This can be installed on all xcite products by switching on the Quit menu option from the XS Runtime Setup (accessed from Accessories). You will need to restart any xcite products for the change to take effect.

Q. Are there shortcut keys for the calendar?
A. Keys 2&8 jump back/forward a year. Keys 4&6 jump back/forward a month and key 5 jumps to Today.

XS Portfolio Product Information

Q. I find using the up/down keys in the account transaction list too slow?
A. The asterix (*) and hash (#) keys scroll some list fields including the account transaction list, up/down a page.

Q. It is annoying having to scroll to the top or bottom of the portfolio list to change the focus to the portfolio field.
A. The 0 key when used in the portfolio list key changes the focus to the portfolio field.
