Navigation & Basics

You navigate XS Portfolio by using the sliding palette of options at the bottom of the screen. Using the soft-key VIEW hides or shows the icon palette. Moving left or right through the icons allows you to jump to sections of XS Portfolio.

The icons will take you to the following screens.

 NOTE:  You can quickly jump and select an icon by pressing the number on your device keypad that corresponds to the icon position. This only works while the slider is shown. For example, to jump to alarms use the "View" soft-key menu to show the slider, then press "3" on the device keypad.

Sorting List Columns
Some headed list controls will show a small down or up arrow in the heading section of one of the columns. This arrow represents the lists sort column and the direction of the sort. If you want to see the list data sorted by another column, press the list column number (starting from 1). Selecting the same list column will change the sort to either descending or ascending.

Popup Calendar
To save time entering dates, all XS Portfolio date fields will popup a calendar.  You can use the calendar to set the date, rather than entering a range of digits. The following shortcut keys allow you to move quickly between dates.

Numeric Fields
Numeric fields accept the asterix or star key ('*') to represent the decimal symbol and the hash key ('#') toggles between positive and negative amounts.

Lists
 Certain list controls accept the star key ('*') and the hash key ('#')  to page up or down at a single key press.
