Managing your accounts

Once you have created your account(s) you need to be able to see an overview of the accounts and their respective balances and possibly add more accounts.  The account overview screen will provide you with access to each account’s transactions and much more besides.

To create a new account or edit an existing account
Tap the New or Edit button and then refer to creating an account in a new file or creating a new account section for further information.

To delete an account
Select the account that you wish to delete and then tap the Delete button. You will be prompted for confirmation of deletion.

To view all  transactions for an account
Select the account and then tap the Register button, then refer to the Managing transactions section.

To Quick Enter a transaction 
The Quick Enter button allows you to enter a transaction without first going to the Register screen. This is useful if you are on the move and quickly want to record a transaction against an account. Tap the Quick Enter button then refer to the Adding a new transaction section 

Account Totals
A total balance  of all accounts marked in the account list, is shown below the list. You need to select the currency you want the total to be shown in because XS Finance allows each account in your personal file to be a different currency. The account totals are mapped using the currency rates to the rate you select for the total.  

To include an account in the total, tick the account checkbox * to the left of the account name.

To change the currency of the total, select a currency from the droplist.
